Welcome to Gigabox. We are building India's first phygital general merchandise retail network, featuring category-focused showrooms for Kitchen, Sports, Bags, Home Decor and more, paired with guaranteed 60-minute app delivery. Customers receive branded products, touch-and-feel discovery, a wide category range, speedy doorstep delivery, and easy returns, which no single competitor currently offers. We have been live in Jodhpur since November 2025, acquiring over 21,000 customers and processing more than 38,000 total orders to date, with 44% of orders coming from repeat customers. We are expanding to Bengaluru next. Buying everyday general merchandise in India forces a trade-off. Marketplaces like Amazon offer a wide range but bury customers in non-branded, low-trust listings with no touch-and-feel. Quick-commerce apps like Blinkit offer speed but have almost no selection and no touch-and-feel. Local stores offer trust and touch-and-feel but lack delivery, price consistency, and require visiting multiple shops. No existing channel solves for range, speed, and trust together, so customers either overpay for uncertainty or waste hours store-hopping. Gigabox is the only model combining all four aspects that matter to general merchandise shoppers: touch-and-feel (via category showrooms), delivery speed (60-minute app fulfillment), wide category range, and easy returns. Amazon/Flipkart, Blinkit/Zepto, and local shops each excel in only one or two of these areas; we are built to excel in all four. Our vision is to make General Merchandise shopping effortless, and our mission is to open over 1,000 stores across Indian cities. Currently, Gigabox Kitchen and Sports (over 4,000 sq. ft. each) are operational in Jodhpur, with Gigabox Bags and Home Decor & Gift Store (over 5,000 sq. ft. each) opening this September and December, respectively. Our next expansion is Bengaluru in 2027, where we plan to launch all four store formats: Kitchen, Sports, Bags, and Home Decor & Gift. From there, we are scaling pan-India, targeting over 1,000 stores across more than 50 cities and ₹12,000+ Cr in revenue by December 2033.
