Our beginnings date back to the summer of 1985, when from a central kitchen in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid) we began preparing 600 meals daily. Our first company was Hoycosa, and shortly after Gastronomic was born, the brand that today encompasses both companies. Working constantly and responsibly, the central kitchens were expanded to serve a growing number of diners, and currently both service lines together reach 18,000 menus. Thirty years later, we still have those first clients. That loyalty is mutual and means a lot to us. We understand that behind every well-served dish, there are expert hands and passionate hearts. We are a company in the collective catering sector, and our essence lies in the dedication and professionalism of our team. Every step, from initial advice to final cleaning, is a testament to the quality and commitment of our people. We value transparency, effort, and above all, humanity in our work.
