Grupo Gastroadictos is a Valencian restaurant group formed by Bar Mistela, La Sastrería, Bar Cremaet, Bar Cassalla, Bar Bajoqueta, and Barecito. The bars, serving traditional cuisine, are located in Valencia's neighborhoods. At La Sastrería, the group's restaurant, the product is the main focus. The team at Gastroadictos is a large family of over 250 people; a great diversity that adds to the project, along with their desire to do things well, passion for cooking, and immense affection for the neighborhoods. Our journey began in 2019, the year we landed in Nou Benicalap with Bar Mistela, a venue with which we returned to the origins of traditional gastronomy under the slogan 'we are from the bar'. In 2020, we used the confinement months to weave a new project: La Sastrería. Located in the Cabanyal-Canyamelar neighborhood, this venue has two distinct spaces where you can choose between the informal bar and the restaurant, which serves maximum quality products. The interior design of La Sastrería pays homage to the maritime essence of the neighborhood and has received awards on several occasions. Bar Cremaet took us to Camins al Grau. Opposite the 'Doctor's Chalet', in 2021 we opened our third venue, a space that recalls the passage of the old tram along the Port avenue. Bar culture, the flavor of roasted pork, and the aroma of fire, rum, and coffee. In 2022, our journey through the neighborhoods led us to the Ensanche district, opposite the old Food Market, where Bar Cassalla creates a neighborhood atmosphere centered around grills and the quintessential Valencian toast. In 2024, we opened our bar Bajoqueta on Avda Cortes Valencianas, offering a spacious and bright space with a terrace that has its own garden. We arrived at Plaza del Ayuntamiento in 2025, with the opening of Barecito.
