About Gasfomento

Gasfomento was created in late 1995 as a result of a restructuring process of the former company Gás de Portugal, with the specific objective of contributing to the development of the gas industry, acting both as a "demonstration" company and ensuring the framework for new installation companies, to intervene essentially in the conversion to Natural Gas of the segment known as "Existing Domestic". From its creation until mid-2006, Gasfomento functioned as an instrumental entity of GDP – Distribuição, and in particular of the distribution company Lisboagás. In 2006, we consolidated our activities in the scope of Energy Efficiency and Solar Energy through association with brands of high prestige in the National and International market. Since then, we have offered the best Solar Photovoltaic Energy Solutions – Electricity production and Thermal – hot water production. Meanwhile, we have also consolidated our activity in other sectors, such as water, and we are currently: PME Líder 2020, by IAPMEI Alvará IMPIC - Class 9 Integrated Management System QSA (NP ISO 45001:2019, NP EN ISO 14001:2015 and NP EN ISO 9001:2015) Type A + Type B Entity (DGEG) Training Entity (DGERT)
