Funky Flow integrates with your existing collections operation systems, including your accounts platform, dialer, letter vendor, email, SMS, payment portals, and outside vendors, consolidating them into a single live screen. Many operations currently use ten different logins and require ten separate exports. The reporting capabilities within any single system are limited to that system alone. Off-the-shelf BI tools are typically delivered empty and require months of setup and training. Even with a final report, acting on the information necessitates logging into another system, by which time the opportunity may have passed and the funds lost. Funky Flow operates on four levels: SEE IT — Consolidates all information from every system onto one live screen, eliminating the need for manual piecing together of ten reports. ASK IT — Allows you to ask questions in plain English and receive answers in seconds, with the supporting work displayed. No analyst, request queue, or waiting is required. DO IT — It suggests the next best action and then executes it: creating and sending campaigns, updating accounts, issuing notices, and directing customers to payment options. OPTIMIZE IT — It analyzes your entire operation, designs the plan (including who to contact, when to reach them, and what to say), implements it, and continuously improves the process. Funky Flow requires no system changes or replacements. You grant look-only access, there is nothing to install, and your data remains within your own platform. Currently in use by a multi-million-account agency, processing 1.5 million accounts in real time, surfacing approximately 80,000 missed accounts per inventory, and enabling campaign sending directly from the screen where the query was made.
