About Fundacion Personas, Grupo Lince

Welcome to Grupo LINCE, the Special Employment Center (CEE) with the largest workforce in Castilla y León, promoted by ASPRONA since 1985. Its activity is to generate work opportunities for people with disabilities, preferably intellectual, with the aim of promoting their integral development and their contribution to society as citizens with full rights. We are a different company, like all others, of course; but with us you will find something more. Here we leave an invisible mark on each and every one of our services. With more than 30 years of experience, more than 800 people work at Grupo Lince, the vast majority of them with disabilities, forming part of FUNDACIÓN PERSONAS, a non-profit organization with more than 60 operational centers in 30 municipalities and 5 provinces of Castilla y León, a national benchmark for care for people with disabilities at all stages of their lives. Thus, illuminating the extraordinary side of people, we overcome ourselves day by day to build a better world in which to live (and work). Grupo Lince offers Cleaning, Parks and Gardens, Direct Advertising, Industry, and 3D Innovation Projects services.
