About FUNDACIÓN ECCA SOCIAL

We work to achieve more just societies. The ECCA Social Foundation was born in 2022, as a result of the segregation of the social activity that had been developing in Radio ECCA Fundación Canaria for more than 30 years. This change has made possible significant improvements in the management and specialization of its staff, in the field of social intervention. Its mission is: To contribute to the construction of more just, equitable, egalitarian, intercultural, diverse, and sustainable societies, promoting the empowerment and improvement of the living conditions of the most vulnerable population, and in parallel, fostering critical and conscious citizenship, aligned with these objectives. The achievement of these goals is carried out through training, guidance, support, awareness-raising, education for development, and any type of program that facilitates the achievement of these objectives, both in Spain and Europe and in other countries, through international development cooperation programs.
