Since 1990, guided by the unwavering vision and love of Sister Karoline Mayer Hofbeck, our Foundation has been guiding the lives of people in the most disadvantaged communities. Inspired by the spirit of collaboration and the desire for transformation, we not only offer support but walk hand-in-hand with our brothers and sisters in their daily struggles. We believe in the integral promotion of the human being: we care for their social, physical, spiritual, and material well-being, always seeking to strengthen their autonomy and dignity. Our network of 21 centers in 8 communes of Santiago is a beacon of hope, a refuge where more than 30,000 people find not only practical help but a place to grow and prosper. With the tireless dedication of 450 workers and 80 volunteers, we weave a network of solidarity that goes beyond words, acting with an open heart and outstretched hands. At Cristo Vive, we believe in the power of community and the transformative strength of active participation. We invite each person to be the protagonist of their own destiny, supporting them in resolving their challenges and encouraging all sectors of society to join our movement against poverty.
