Fundación Banigualdad

About Fundación Banigualdad

BanIgualdad is a private non-profit foundation that provides quality microfinance services to male and female entrepreneurs from the most unprotected and vulnerable sectors of our country. BanIgualdad seeks, for its beneficiaries, social and personal development that endures over time, and delivers the necessary tools to become independent and succeed as microentrepreneurs. Furthermore, it believes in people's effort as the engine of personal and family development and is convinced that access to credit – even on a small scale – is a formula for guaranteeing equal opportunities. BanIgualdad is financed by contributions from individuals and companies that share these values and wish to help – in a concrete and timely manner – to overcome the poverty that still affects hundreds of thousands of Chilean families.
