About Frizzant

An oasis in the middle of the busy and vibrant Barcelona to retreat, reconnect and find bliss. MODERN YOGA At Frizzant we cultivate conscious movement adapted to the contemporary world and the needs of the current rhythm. Our teachers accommodate diverse needs of presential classes at our oasis or your office and online sessions at your convenience. REAL FOOD We are a universe of flavor and color focused on the well-being of the body and the absolute belief that homemade and fresh products build a model of healthy life and better personal development. Our chefs are ready to take over customized catering, private events, healthy & unique lunches delivered straight to your office, gastronomic show cooking & degustation in our urban oasis or your home. INSPIRATION We are creativity, desire to share, not to miss anything, and to live in the moment intensely. Curiosity is in our DNA and we move away from the most conventional and predictable codes and practices. Frizzant’s Corporate Wellness programs include breathwork, curious painting, Astro pottery, sound bath, modern yoga, and more.
