Do you know why Frigorífico Arvoredo's story is different? Because the meats produced by the Meneguzzi family, in western Santa Catarina, were already successful even before it existed. It's like that saying goes: when a product is good, it sells itself. This story began in 1983, when the family moved from the city of Arvoredo (SC) to Xanxerê (SC), and set up a small business. The city residents went there in search of tasty and reliable products. At that time, two or three cattle and pigs were slaughtered weekly, just to meet orders. It wasn't long before Carnes Arvoredo - our first brand - became famous throughout the region, causing the business to take new directions. In 1996, Frigorífico Arvoredo officially began operating, with a complete structure, and has been growing ever since. In these almost 40 years of history, much has changed, except our commitment to quality and respect for our customers. This is in our essence and makes all the difference.
