The traditional family company Franye GmbH was founded in 1994 by Gerhard Franye Senior and his son Ing. Gerhard Franye and specializes in the trades of air conditioning, refrigeration, cooling, heating, ventilation, and plumbing. With over 20 years of experience, the former family business grew into a medium-sized company with around 80 employees and was divided into two companies in 2015: Franye Klimatechnik GmbH and Franye Gebäudetechnik GmbH. The essential pillars of Franye Klimatechnik GmbH are the trades of air conditioning, refrigeration, and cooling for the most diverse areas of use, such as for offices, residential buildings, commercial premises, building air conditioning, and offer tailor-made solutions for private and business customers. Franye Gebäudetechnik GmbH covers the complete range of building services for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing. Projects from recent years – such as for libraries, office & commercial buildings, nursing homes, schools, barracks, and private homes – provide an overview of the business activities of Franye Gebäudetechnik GmbH. The professional, customer-oriented planning, implementation, and installation of the most diverse systems are based on the long-standing, practice-oriented knowledge of all employees of both companies. In order to be able to rely on qualified specialist personnel in the future, the two companies place great importance on apprentice training. Our employees always strive to find the best solution for our customers' wishes after an on-site inspection, but also based on plans and tenders, and to record this in a free, non-binding offer.
