France Loire is a social real estate player, a company of the Arcade-VYV Group. Present in Cher and Loiret, it is committed to facilitating the daily lives of its tenants and offers varied housing and service solutions, adapted to all stages of life: young students, active people, families or singles, people with disabilities, the elderly. With an offer of 13,000 housing units (houses, apartments or serviced residences), the company houses more than 25,000 people. Through its activities, the company supports the economic and social development of urban areas and territories. It carried out approximately €39 million in work in 2019 (heritage maintenance, rehabilitation and new construction). It builds an average of 300 housing units per year, as well as a specific offer of 10 to 30 units for social home ownership through its subsidiary, the cooperative company, La Ruche Habitat. The Social Housing Company (ESH) France Loire ensures local management thanks to its 200 employees and eight agencies. The Company has also been engaged for many years in a general policy of quality of service provided and sustainable development. It was the first Hlm company in the Centre-Val de Loire region certified ISO 9001 for all its activities (2012) and evaluated AFAQ 26000 (2014).
