About Fourth Street Clinic

Fourth Street Clinic helps individuals experiencing homelessness improve their health and quality of life by providing high-quality integrated health care. For many homeless Utahns, Fourth Street Clinic is their first and only chance at a diagnosis and on-going treatment. By increasing homeless Utahns’ access to primary care, Fourth Street Clinic is a major partner in ending homelessness, promoting community health, and achieving across-the-board health care savings. The clinic operates with a core staff of nearly 100 caregivers, plus a network of more than 150 volunteers. Annually, the on-site health center and mobile outreach teams provide services to over 5,000 homeless men, women and children through more than 30,000 medical, behavioral health (including substance abuse), and dental service interactions. As part of our ongoing care, our dedicated onsite pharmacy provides over 70,000 prescriptions annually. We also provide case management and health education classes to our patient population.
