Fournais

About Fournais

Timeless destinations rooted in nature, designed with intention, and built for what matters. Fournais is a private company developing a collection of regenerative hospitality projects across Denmark and Mallorca. Each destination is shaped by a deep respect for nature, history, and presence – from the self-sufficient island of Vejrø Resort to future icons like Hotel Banyalbufar, Son Valenti and Akvariet. We believe true luxury is found in purpose, not excess. That’s why we build places that restore ecosystems, nourish wellbeing, and offer meaningful, place-based experiences — from farm-to-table gastronomy and microgrid energy systems to wellness sanctuaries and curated architecture. Across everything we do, we strive to lead a global shift toward regenerative living and conscious hospitality. Denmark & Spain Regenerative farming | Sustainable design | Hospitality with soul
