Empowering people. That's how simple our mission sounded when Forta was founded, and it still sounds just as simple. With one goal: to demonstrably become the best provider of mental healthcare in the Netherlands. We believe it's important for responsibility to lie low within the organization, allowing for quick decision-making. We also opt for proven methods and specialists with their own complementary expertise. At Forta, you as a healthcare provider become a strength provider. That strength lies in freedom, clear frameworks, and knowledge sharing. We take the latter very seriously. We share our knowledge domestically and internationally so that as many people as possible with psychological complaints can receive the best care. Clear protocols suit an organization of our size. But we consider freedom just as important. Share your expertise, come up with ideas; we are always open to new insights. The independence of each label is linked to a strong network. Within this network, you can count on connections with other professionals. In short: an organization that serves you, not the other way around. Forta doesn't need to be famous; it's ultimately about our independent organizations. We are a network of independent mental healthcare labels, each with its own approach and specialization. That's why you'll encounter different names such as PSYTREC, Human Concern, and Dokter Bosman. Growth is not a goal in itself, but together we can offer the entire spectrum of mental healthcare.
