About Foodsure

Most food & beverage ideas don't fail because the idea was bad. They fail somewhere between formulation and commercial scale. I founded Foodsure to solve that gap. My work sits at the intersection of food science, product innovation, manufacturing and brand commercialization—helping founders transform an idea into a product that can actually be manufactured and launched. Over the years, my team and I have worked across 1000+ product formulations spanning functional beverages, protein foods, nutraceuticals, snacks, sauces, premixes and emerging food categories. Our approach goes beyond creating a recipe: Idea → Market Feasibility → R&D → Sensory Validation → Pilot → Regulatory → Manufacturing → Commercial Launch. I spend much of my time studying one question: What will the next ₹100 Cr food or beverage category look like—and how do we build it before it becomes crowded?
