About Fonds Soziales Wien

With around 2,400 employees and a budget of approximately EUR 1.96 billion, the Fonds Soziales Wien (FSW) ensures that more than 110,000 Viennese receive the support they need each year. We inform and advise people with care and support needs as well as people with disabilities, homeless people, refugees, and those who need help managing their debts. We plan, arrange, and promote needs-based services and benefits that provide the best support in their specific situation. The company group also includes the following subsidiaries and services: FSW-Wiener Pflege- und Betreuungsdienste: Mobile home care, support in day centers for seniors, social work in hospitals and districts. Obdach Wien: Care and support for homeless and refugee people. Schuldnerberatung Wien: Help with managing debts. AWZ Soziales Wien: Training and further education in social care and health professions, individual educational seminars, educational hub for asylum seekers. FSW-LGM Liegenschafts- und Gebäudemanagement: Management of properties, housing at fair prices for various target groups of the FSW.
