The FPS Justice stands at the crossroads of the three constitutional powers and has the following tasks: the preparation and implementation of legislation and the support of the Minister of Justice in the domains for which he is competent the guidance and operational support of the judiciary, with coordination and organizational development taking precedence the supervision of the adequate execution of legal and administrative decisions, guaranteeing legal certainty and equal treatment of all parties involved
