About Fisher Wavy Inc.

For over 80 years, Fisher-Wavy has been an industry leader providing quality building materials to our valued customers. We are proud to have helped build Northern Ontario: from schools and hospitals to homes and sidewalks, ensuring productivity in the mining industry and beyond. Fisher Wavy operates pits and distributes concrete across Northern Ontario. Our ten plants work cooperatively to meet customers’ needs with flexibility and efficiency. We take the direct relationship between product quality and community safety very seriously. Our customers take comfort in knowing that since quality is our first priority, safety is never compromised. Our employees share our principled approach. While concrete (along with other building products and aggregates) remains our primary focus, our employees are continually challenged to find new products and services to enhance construction supply. As a result, we have extensive experience providing shotcrete, mining, precast, landscaping, sandblasting and masonry and have become innovators in these areas. Additionally, we partner with First Nations in successful joint ventures, and operate the most accessible deep water port in Northern Ontario. A Canadian family business, we are proud of what distinguishes us from our competitors: full customer accountability, dedication to employee well-being at all levels, and a commitment to give back to the communities where we work. By reinvesting in our company and in our teams, Fisher Wavy grew rapidly from a single community base to operations province-wide. We provide a challenging, rewarding, safe and enjoyable work experience and our employees thrive as a result.
