About Fika Jobs

Hiring should be about people, not polished CVs and soulless AI screeners. Fika Jobs is building a more human way to hire. Through video conversations with our AI agent, you can share your experience, motivations and what matters to you. We then connect you with roles and teams where you can thrive. For companies, that means meeting relevant candidates based on a deeper understanding of who they are, with a faster path to stronger matches than a traditional CV can provide. Free for job seekers. Free for companies to use, pay only when you hire.
