About Ferrari spa

Ferrari S.p.A. is an Italian automobile manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy, founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1947. The history of Ferrari is inseparable from that of Scuderia Ferrari, an automobile racing team competing in sports prototypes and grand touring, and later in Formula 1, since 1929, with which the manufacturer has achieved its greatest successes. Building on its racing experience, the brand with the "prancing horse" ("cavallino rampante") draws techniques for its production models, as evidenced by the Ferrari 288 GTO, F50, and Enzo, which offered exceptional sporting performance at their launch.
