About Femme & Earth

Femme & Earth is an emerging, impact-driven initiative working at the intersection of gender equity and environmental sustainability. Our focus is simple: We have 2 pillars. Ensuring that women, especially those often excluded are not left out of conversations, opportunities, and solutions shaping our world and promote sustainable climate solutions for a healthier planet. What We Do Through research, team work, programs & projects, media & digital engagement, and community-focused work, we explore how gender and climate issues and how more inclusive, sustainable systems can be built. Our Focus Areas Gender Equity | Climate Action | Research & Policy | Community Building Why This Matters Across the world, women, girls and vulnerable communities are disproportionately affected by climate less access to opportunities and social inequalities. F & E exists to contribute to a shift. One that is more inclusive, more sustainable, and more representative.
