The GRUPO FELTRIN was founded by Luiz Ivanir Feltrin, in memorian, in the city of Urubici-SC. In 1960 he began his activities as an Accountant, among local people who were always agents stimulating his personal and professional growth. He performed his duties as an accountant until 1970, in his hometown, when he moved to the city of São José-SC., where he continued his work in the then sparsely populated Campinas neighborhood. In 1976, he received his Bachelor of Law degree, thus adding legal guidance for their companies as a lawyer to his client services. He expanded his work by entering the real estate business in 1980 with the inauguration of Imobiliaria Feltrin. In 2002, he passed away and the Group (Imobiliária, Contabilidade e Advocacia Feltrin) began to be managed by Vanilde Dircksen Feltrin, Real Estate Broker, Creci/SC 7.798, Pedagogue and Philosopher and Renata Feltrin, Real Estate Broker, Creci/SC 12.287, Lawyer OAB/SC 18436 and Accountant, CRC/SC 024510/0-7, who are continuing the work, aiming for continuous growth and improvement of their services. In 2002, the first branch was opened in the city of Palhoça/SC. We currently have 03 (three) units in the Greater Florianópolis area.
