Founded in 1989 in the coastal city of Aveiro, FABRIDOCE was a pioneer in adapting ancestral Portuguese sweet recipes to retailer requirements. Steadily the company has been expanding its presence from local to leading European retailers. In 2013, FABRIDOCE established a production line for Ice cream and more recently expanded to Mochi and other frozen bite size desserts, both in private label and its own brand. With a team of over 150 dedicated employees, and IFS certified since 2012, FABRIDOCE remains focused in non-GMO desserts with natural ingredients, no artificial colorants or preservatives and a lower calorie intake. FABRIDOCE operates in more than 12 countries worldwide, including in the US since 2023.
