eXalt is a tremendous human adventure, a community of over 950 consultants, digital polyglots, dedicated to transformation and specialists in Product, Project and Design Management (eXalt Flow). Founded by 7 eXaltés, in July 2018, around the values of intrapreneurship, co-learning and co-construction, eXalt inscribes its development in a strong commitment to its clients and its teams: to remain for a long time yet, an agile and reinvented consulting startup. The strength of eXalt lies in organizing itself internally like a product organization and cultivating Product Management methods within teams to facilitate the dissemination of best practices to its clients. Shared objectives, co-learning rituals (online community, learning circles/holacracy) and Co-construction, mechanisms for internal initiatives driven by shared OKRs. Do-ocratic in its growth, eXalt is also a group that declines its model in the capital markets sector (eXalt Fi), in IT, in dev, cloud and data engineering (eXalt IT), in cybersecurity (eXalt Shield) and data (eXalt Value).
