Founded in 2018, Evoltz is responsible for the operation of eleven transmission lines, totaling 3,561km, passing through 10 states in Brazil. The company is today an operational platform for energy transmission assets, ready to receive new investments. In 2021, the company reached a transformational milestone when the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board (“OTPP”) celebrated the definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the company. This fact consolidated the success of Evoltz's trajectory, which in just three years became an operational holding company for the management of electricity transmission concessions. Today, Evoltz continues its transformation journey, associated with a long-term vision. The company relies on the integration of the pillars of People & Culture, Efficiency, Innovation, and Sustainability to achieve sustainable growth over time.
