The District Mobility Secretariat is a Central Sector entity with administrative and financial autonomy, whose objective is to guide and lead the formulation of mobility system policies to meet the passenger and cargo movement requirements in the urban area, both vehicular and pedestrian, and its expansion in the rural area of the Capital District within the framework of the interconnection of the Capital District with the central region cities network, with the country and with the exterior. Mission The District Mobility Secretariat seeks to make Bogotá a city that promotes the happiness and quality of life of its inhabitants and visitors in terms of mobility, which enhances the city's development and competitiveness, protecting life and rights in an inclusive manner, with ethical and transparent management.
