Est Métropole Habitat is a public housing office attached to the Métropole de Lyon. We manage and build social, family, and student housing. Our portfolio (nearly 17,500 homes) is located mainly in the east of the metropolis. We are a committed player in urban policy and the residents on our properties are at the center of our attention. The issue of climate and the environment is also a strong focus of our strategic plan. We are 350 employees. Our headquarters are in Villeurbanne and we have 3 branches (Villeurbanne, Saint-Priest, and Vaulx-en-Velin).
