About ESE Engineering und Software-Entwicklung GmbH

As a leading know-how partner, we develop the success stories of the future with trusted technologies. Our special expertise lies in the development of secure software, encompassing both functional safety and IT security. Our experts work on projects for our clients in the rail, automotive, and industry sectors. With innovative ideas and state-of-the-art technologies, we contribute daily to our clients' success. Since 2020, we have been a subsidiary of DB Engineering & Consulting, which, with its employees, is active in numerous Deutsche Bahn projects and international rail projects. This makes us one of the largest engineering firms in Germany. Whether it's secure communication between train and track, protection of cars from unauthorized third-party access, or predictive maintenance for process optimization in industry – we set the technology of the future in motion. We undertake tasks such as classic software development, software testing, verification and validation, as well as assessments and consulting services. As a "learning company," we continuously expand, improve, and optimize the knowledge and experience of our employees. Lifelong learning ensures our leading position in a modern market: - On a project basis, we supplement our employees' knowledge through coaching, on-the-job training, self-study, and courses. - Independent of projects, we continuously train our employees through a broad workshop culture. With us, it is possible to get to know and work on various development projects for renowned clients from the automotive, rail, or industry sectors without having to change employers.
