About Escuela R

Escuela R builds territorial resilience to prepare communities, institutions, and ecosystems for an increasingly uncertain future. We work with governments, companies, international cooperation, and civil society organizations to transform climate challenges into capacities, plans, projects, and investments that generate concrete and sustainable results in the territories. Our approach articulates four fundamental dimensions: human, institutional, natural, and technological infrastructure. We train leaders, strengthen public teams, accompany the formulation and implementation of management instruments, protect strategic ecosystems, and develop technological solutions that expand access to specialized technical assistance. We act in five main lines: disaster risk management, community resilience, conservation, water security, and territorial technology and intelligence. Through the R Method, we design and test solutions with allies, generate evidence, and support the State so that successful models can be institutionalized, financed, and scaled. Because where others see a project that ends, we see capacities that remain. From Peru to Latin America, we work to ensure that territories have governments capable of executing, communities prepared to respond, and ecosystems better protected.
