Escola do Mecânico was founded in 2011 by businesswoman Sandra Nalli, who practically identified the scarcity of specialized labor in the automotive segment. Initially, classes were free, exclusive to those within Fundação Casa. A proponent of social work, she started this automotive mechanics training program because she saw an opportunity to place these young people in the job market. The project gained momentum, partners, and more students, making Escola do Mecânico a benchmark in professional training for the segment. In mid-2012, one of the School's most important projects was born: Emprega Mecânico. It places the right person in the right job! In addition to a dedicated portal, the Emprega Mecânico App was created, which is unique and exclusive! In 2015, the Escola do Mecânico Franchise was established, which today has over 40 units and a Technological Center for Training and Development. With investments in technology and modern equipment, Escola do Mecânico currently offers training courses in Automotive Mechanics, Motorcycle Mechanics, Forklift Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, and Business Management.
