About Escape Recruitment Services

Escape Recruitment Services was founded in 2000, focused on providing high quality and cost-effective recruitment solutions for the Scottish Engineering & Manufacturing job market. Having quickly gained a reputation for excellent client and candidate care we established our expertise in recruiting high quality personnel on a temporary or permanent basis. We recruit across Engineering & Manufacturing, Power & Energy, Supply Chain, Trades & Industrial, Accountancy & Finance, Commercial & Administration, HR and L&D, Occupational Health, and IT. Through market diversification, team development and growth we now operate across Scotland. The market sectors we operate in have also grown and we have expanded beyond Scotland recruiting across the rest of the UK and new international markets. Our people and our culture has always been important to us and as we have grown we have ensured our recruiters are experienced, technically knowledgeable in their specialized industry and can offer practical and effective advice to recruiting organizations and candidates looking for new job opportunities. As recognition of the expertise and quality of service we provide we have received several awards from industry bodies including: Scottish Recruitment Awards and The SHL Group. Today we continue to look at ways to improve the service we offer our clients and candidates and how we engage with them. With this in mind we have created, and encouraged our employees to use a variety of social media channels.
