Provide support and guidance to industrial technicians by integrating shifts and departments, relaying goals and procedures defined by management. Evaluate the production mix by adjusting work distribution in your department with PCP. Define and maintain an employee staffing level compatible with production planning. Monitor and ensure the proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Evaluate performance indicators and ensure goal attainment through the promotion of continuous improvement, planning, and execution of action plans. Monitor and ensure department supply through interaction with internal and/or external suppliers. Manage employee time sheets and vacations monthly. Identify and request necessary training for subordinates, and relay new production techniques.
