The culture of working together and sharing with our colleagues day after day is in our DNA, as evidenced in this document: a philosophy that embraces our history, our current business unit – already projected into the future – our values. And an important and fundamental step forward: the Epta Leadership Model. Do you need more information about us? Look... read what I'm going to tell you... The Epta Group owes its origins to the genius and entrepreneurial ability of Luigi Nocivelli, its founder. In the 1950s, he began working in his father's artisan workshop, transforming it into an industry of vital importance in the home appliance sector; at the same time, he dedicated himself to cultivating his multiple interests, not only in industry and mechanics but also in art, architecture, and literature. The year 2003 marks the founding of the Epta Group, a story that starts from the symbolic value of the family and the founder's seven children (In Greek, Epta means seven).
