It all started 40 years ago, when Enrique Tomás decided to open his first business: a stall in the market of La Salut, in Badalona. From there to the more than 100 stores currently in 8 countries, a path full of dreams, effort, and hard work has been traveled. We continue with the same objective as the first day: to put a name to ham in the world. We work with passion and humility because we know it is an ambitious goal, but placing Iberian ham in the place it deserves, among the gastronomic jewels of the world, is practically a duty. We are the first international chain specializing in the world of ham with a dual concept where the Spanish tapas bar coexists with the gourmet store specializing in Iberian ham and cold cuts, cheeses, and a careful selection of wines.
