EMPOWERMENT Financial Recruitment is a niche recruitment firm helping the career development of finance professionals. The firm was founded in 2008 and is led by Shane Power FCA MAcc MA BComm. Shane qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG Dublin in 2001. He lived and worked in Australia from 2003 to 2008. During his first year there he was employed as an accountant with Macquarie Investment Bank and Citibank. He then spent four years working in financial recruitment, where he quickly established himself as the go to person for Irish accountants looking for work in Sydney. EMPOWERMENT Financial Recruitment have excellent contacts across industry, financial services and practice and a reputation for sourcing the best talent in the marketplace. We work predominantly in the Irish market but also facilitate those looking to work abroad, particularly Irish public limited companies with overseas operations.
