In 1986, Marcos Aurélio de Abreu Rodrigues e Silva, after two years leading ABRH-National (1981-1983 term), decided to transform his convictions into a real market response: Employer Organização de Recursos Humanos. The initial idea was to transform the challenges of temporary employment and outsourcing into a guarantee of quality for companies and better opportunities for workers. It was so successful that Employer became one of the largest companies in the sector, recognized for its excellence throughout Brazil. The second idea was to bring professional hiring efficiency to the field. In 1997, Rurícula – Employer's rural labor company – emerged to support the expansion of agribusiness with a qualified team. It was also around this time that Benecard was created, entering the market to consolidate all employee benefits into a single product. In 1998, the next big step: providing maximum agility in recruitment and selection for all types of positions, from operational to managerial. The Curriculum Bank was born, which companies can access anytime and anywhere. To simplify the hiring and administration processes for interns, the company created Webestágios in 2009, which acts as an integration agent between companies and educational institutions. In line with innovation and digital mobility, Employer went further. It launched Webfopag and MeuHolerite, online payroll service solutions and interactive online payslips, developed by a multidisciplinary team of HR specialists and IT professionals. Today, Employer is one of the largest HR companies in Brazil. With over 30 branches, it serves the largest companies in Brazil and worldwide seeking efficient solutions for this sector.
