About Emerging Bites

Emerging Bites is a Vienna-based restaurant franchise group that builds, launches, and scales international restaurant brands across Central Europe. We don’t just operate brands, we build them. Combining global brand standards with deep local operating expertise, we grow category-leading restaurant concepts across multiple markets, with development underway in Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Founder-first and globally minded, we move fast, take ownership, and build for the long term. We’re growing and hiring. Help us build the next generation of restaurant brands across Central Europe.
