Since 2019, Eleni Group has been transforming the restaurant industry into a field of innovation and unforgettable experiences. Founded by Pierre-Julien and Grégory Chantzios, with chef Juan Arbelaez, the group now boasts 15 restaurants that embody the perfect balance between gastronomy and celebration. Our concepts are unique living spaces where author cuisine, vibrant ambiance, and hospitality merge to offer a 360° experience. With strong brands like Yaya, Bazurto, Babille, or Arbela, Eleni Group has successfully attracted a clientele seeking excellence and conviviality. Eleni Group is also a key player in strategic consulting, assisting restaurateurs and hoteliers in transforming their projects into profitable successes, from custom concept creation to operational management. Our achievements include prestigious collaborations such as Bazurto in Tignes within the premium establishment Ynycio, COPAL in Cannes with the operation of a beach restaurant's kitchens, and five new consulting projects in France by 2025 in Annecy, Reims, Bordeaux, and on the French Riviera. Our ambition is to continue anticipating trends, reinventing the culinary experience, and becoming a key player in the restaurant industry in France and beyond.
