About Eisbär Eis GmbH

We are a successful family business in the ice cream industry. As a private label specialist, we produce ice cream products and supply the discount and retail trade throughout Europe with our products. Founded in 1955 as a regional supplier in Apensen and 1990 in Ribnitz-Damgarten, we, Eisbär Eis GmbH, today, with our two family-run medium-sized Eisbär companies, stand as an Eisbär group in the food industry for quality, flexibility, and innovation. More than 300 employees currently work at the plant in Apensen, producing approximately 200 different ice cream items with a daily capacity of over 2.5 million ice cream units.
