About Effektief Groep

Effektief is a medium-sized cleaning company with enthusiastic and driven employees. Effektief's origins date back to 1953 in Groningen. We have now grown into a top-10 player in the Netherlands. In addition to the head office in Groningen, Effektief has three branches in Hoogeveen, Leeuwarden, and Aalsmeer. Effektief also has two operational support centers in Almelo and Hilversum. Effektief operates in the following sectors: offices, healthcare, leisure & events, industry, education, government buildings, and shops and showrooms. The mission is clear: Effektief goes for gold! We look forward, but also certainly back with pride, as a top-10 cleaning company in the Netherlands. Effektief's reliable and hands-on approach aligns well with the requirements and wishes regarding cleaning for our diverse clients. We have been working for 20% of our clients for more than 10 years, and we consider that a great compliment. Effektief aims for the best. In our view, this means delivering maximum added value for our clients, whether that's a clean office or comprehensive facility and process management. Thinking and acting beyond the company's own interests is in our DNA. We strive for sustainable growth and expansion. Development is a daily activity. We expect this from ourselves, our professionals, and our knowledge partners. This enables us to innovate in the areas of technology, products, processes, strategy, and social innovation. Sustainability is the foundation for this, with consideration for people, the environment, and profitability. With a flat organizational structure, we act efficiently, flexibly, and decisively. The mandate lies low in our organization. This requires drive from our professionals on the work floor. To enable them to achieve their best, we invest in our employees. Examples include ergonomic aids and materials, personal guidance, and a customized training plan. After all, cleaning remains a human endeavor. Effektief is a healthy organization where employees enjoy working and where everyone is included. Technical innovations such as robotization and sensors provide support and improve efficiency. Effektief actively participates in this and facilitates customized solutions in collaboration with its knowledge partners. The ultimate goal remains to surprise building users with hospitality and innovation. We continue to listen to wishes and needs and translate them into solutions; that is our strength. In addition to Effektief, 'Tweetal Belevingscatering' and employment agency '365Werk' are independent parts of the Effektief Groep.
