Specialist in childcare, EDUCAZEN, an organization with quality accreditation from the State and certified Qualicert, supports thousands of families in Paris and the Paris region, Aix-Marseille, Annecy, Bordeaux, Chambéry, Lille, Lyon, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice, Rennes, Rouen, Toulouse. EDUCAZEN is for parents who, while invested in their professional lives, want to offer the best to their children. We advise them and recruit the best caregivers for them who can support them in the different stages of their lives, from the birth of their children until they enter high school: accompaniment to and from the nursery, accompaniment to and from school, full-time care, occasional and tailor-made care, shared care, babysitting, tutoring. The group takes particular care in the training and support of its employees: home caregivers and early childhood companions in nurseries are supported by a pedagogical advisor (early childhood educator) who trains and coaches them with a focus on the well-being of the children (and their parents!) and the employees. Training is thus offered throughout the year, during school holidays: Communication with the child, Kindness and good treatment, Introduction to active pedagogies, Management of siblings, Stories and tales to tell, Playful activities and outings, Baby sign language. EDUCAZEN places active pedagogy at the heart of its project, its recruitment and its training, to develop the fulfillment and awakening of the children in its care.
