EDC is Denmark's largest real estate agency chain with 225 residential offices, 24 commercial centers, 38 holiday home rental agencies, and approximately 1,700 employees. EDC is organized into 3 divisions: EDC Bolig, EDC Erhverv, and Feriepartner Danmark. Additionally, EDC is behind the real estate agency chain RobinHus. The EDC Bolig division handles the sale of private homes and holiday homes, while EDC Erhverv deals with the sale and rental of commercial properties. Feriepartner Danmark is the country's largest chain of independent holiday home rental agencies with around 8,000 holiday homes for rent. The chain's head office in Frederiksberg employs approximately 100 highly educated specialists who service and develop the core business with expertise in IT, communication, marketing, education, management, and administration. The head office also helps maintain the common profile and ensures EDC's continued growth. EDC's top management consists of CEO Brian Nielsen. The board includes Poul Erik Bech (chairman), Kenneth K. Nielsen, Gitte Lund Ellebæk, Michael Møller, Jane Bech, Alex Mandrup Paulsen, and Andreas Brandt-Andersson, as well as external members Villy Dyhr and Niels Erik Folmann.
