Ecole Gustave

About Ecole Gustave

The Gustave school trains individuals undergoing professional retraining for in-demand building trades. By combining technical skill training with soft skills development (motivation, attitude, punctuality, and rigor), the program enables learners to integrate and thrive in their chosen company, contributing to its growth. As a social enterprise (ESS), Gustave school's mission is to restore the prestige of building trades and help everyone find their calling to build the world of tomorrow. We recruit based on personality tests and place our students in high-potential jobs.
