About Ecodair

Founded 10 years ago, Ecodair, a non-profit organization, aims to support people with mental health issues and facilitate their social integration through sustainable and meaningful professional activity. Our team handles computer refurbishment, sales, and IT services. Ecodair brings together 3 support structures in one location: an Establishment and Service for Aid through Work (ESAT), an Adapted Company, and an Insertion Company specializing in IT services. This unique and innovative organization is an asset for Ecodair and its workers as it allows everyone to find their place and adapt their journey progressively, across various professions. Today, Ecodair supports 7 employees in insertion, 65 people with mental health issues, supervised by 8 instructors and a dynamic social team. Ecodair sells refurbished computers, high-end due to their specifications (Pentium 4 to Core i7, flat screens) and quality (refurbished by IT professionals) – equipment guaranteed for 6 months or one year with after-sales service. Finally, Ecodair's approach is part of the European directive on the treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE, 2003), which includes the recovery and redistribution of IT equipment.
