EATON PC is a project delivery partner providing Project Management Services (PMS), EPCM support, Owner’s Engineer services, Operation & Maintenance (O&M), and Asset Management for large-scale energy projects. Since 2009, we have been involved in the delivery, supervision, and operational support of complex energy infrastructure, building experience across more than 2.6 GW of installed capacity and 11 High and Ultra-High Voltage substations. Our experience includes utility-scale solar PV, substations, grid connection works, and project management services for BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects. We support projects across the full cycle, from design and technical review through planning, construction, commissioning, energization, and operation. Acting on behalf of Owners and Developers, we help maintain control over coordination, QA/QC, Health & Safety, schedule, and overall execution. Alongside project delivery, we support operating assets through O&M and Asset Management services for utility-scale solar PV plants and associated substations. Our scope includes performance monitoring, maintenance coordination, reporting, grid connection follow-up, and day-to-day operational support. Our current portfolio includes 400 MW under management, 10 solar PV plants, 2 MV/HV substations, and grid connection infrastructure up to 150 kV. Focused on execution. Built around project control.
