We aren't going to pretend that working for an independent, family-run brewery like Duvel Moortgat is as spectacular as landing on the moon, but it is nevertheless very special. We've been brewing for four generations now, since 1871. From the very beginning, our family has been devilishly obsessed with the quality of every drop, every barrel, and every bottle of the 1.4 million hectoliters of specialty beer we produce annually. We use the finest natural ingredients, with a lot of patience and respect for the planet. Nearly 1,600 colleagues (soon 1,601?), from Puurs to Shanghai and from Lyon to Cooperstown, Kansas City, and Paso Robles (USA), apply themselves with enthusiasm to their tasks every day. We even secured a spot in the top 10 of the ranking of Belgian companies with the best reputation. #Proud. Maybe it's the smell of Duvel in the air, maybe it's not so bad working here.
