Incorporated on August 19, 1976, Drugmakers Laboratories Incorporated (DMLI) began operations in a small residence in Cainta, Rizal, to meet the demand for locally produced quality medicines. Initially, with only a few employees and limited equipment, the company produced syrups and capsules distributed by its sister company, Terramedic, Inc. Today, Drugmaker’s Laboratories Inc is located on a 2.7-hectare site in Barangay San Antonio, San Pedro, Laguna. The company features a fourteen-building complex that houses its manufacturing, warehousing, and laboratory facilities. Equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, the company produces pharmaceuticals and health care products; cosmetics and beauty care products; veterinary and agricultural products; and home care and pesticide products, among others. DMLI also has modern facilities capable of supplying packaging and other printed materials for DMLI's subsidiaries and principals. As it enters the new millennium, the company pledges a continuing pursuit of excellence and self-sufficiency, aiming to prove to the world that Filipinos are capable.
