About Don Mamino

Don Mamino was founded in 1992 in a commercial space of 145 square meters with 15 employees. With a new format for the time that was a resounding success being the "First Self-Service Bakery". In 2007, with five stores created, we entered the Self-Service Channel with our classic Don Mamino products (crustless sliced bread, breadsticks, toast bites, cookies, etc.). Thus, we implemented our first Production Plant at the current site in Huachipa. In 2013, we developed a new cafeteria format in Shopping Centers, with our store in Open Plaza Angamos and a new line of specialty breads. We currently have 9 stores and more than 700 employees.
